• The promotion period will run from 00:01 Tuesday 15th June 2021 to 23:59 Tuesday 31st December 2025.



• The free gift promotion is open to members of the public except their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the promoter.



• Theme Park employees are unable to collect stamps, while they are on shift. The shift hours will be determined by the park's opening hours.



• The free gift is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.



• To receive the free gift you must collect 4 (four) stamps, to collect a stamp you must approach Dean at a Theme Park attraction, selected non Theme Park attractions may count at the promoters discretion. Your card must also be presented to receive 1 (one) stamp per 24 hour period.



• If you have been issued with a "Red Card" 16 (sixteen) stamps are required to claim the free gift, if you hold any other card this will become void and only your "Red Card" will be valid to the claim the free gift.



• Upon receiving the card you will receive 1 (one) stamp which is already printed on the card, another 4 (four) stamps are required to receive the free gift.



• If Dean is wearing a wetsuit when you ask for a stamp or start a card, you will receive 1 (one) extra stamp per 24 hour period.
  This excludes Saturday 30th November 2024.



• No stamps will be given, if a pre-arranged meeting time and date has been arranged. If no pre-arranging has taken place, stamps will be issued inline with these terms and conditions.



• Only 5 (five) cards will be issued per day, and the issuing of cards is subject to availability. On 15th March 2025, up to 10 (ten) cards will be issued.



• Stamps that are received cannot be transferred over to a different card, in order to fully complete a card.



• The decision of the promoter regarding any aspect of the free gift is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.



• Participants are deemed to have accepted and agree to these terms and conditions.



• The promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the free gift to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.



• The promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.



• The promoter, and it's agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the free gift except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, it's agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.



• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the promoter may, as it's sole discretion reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.
